the rule shouldn't have been made in the first place nd that's why it's been removed.. doesn't mean people have to change their avatar or w.e

even if people don't use it, its just nice having the option of it for some people I guess. Like when it was changed that people can have them in their profile pictures quite a few people did

and hey at least it means we dont have to PM every new member who puts a picture of themselves in their avatar (and it happens quite a lot believe me)
