Sounds to me like you've gotten illegal creds from someone down the line, and buying the duck notified them and they drew it all back to you. Surely you could just explain that you've done business by trading and making a profit hence all the credits, and that if you have dodgy money and can't trace the purchase from YOUR account, then you shouldn't be at fault? If I were you, I would've refused and told them to compensate the 850 since it's not even your fault.

You could always contact sulake, itll be a long process but you could atleast prob get some of your coins back.
