Any decent company would reimburse the user if it was legitimately their fault that a users stuff was stolen. If not in furni, then equivalent in credits.
I didn't know each piece of furniture had its own unique identifier? @MissAlice;

This is sulake after allAny decent company would reimburse the user if it was legitimately their fault that a users stuff was stolen. If not in furni, then equivalent in credits.

Yeh every piece has a unique ID.
... hmmm I wonder how they'd go about tracking them down then? Is furniture associated with a user in some way to identify it as theirs?
If so get a database backup, trace the unique identifier then query the database now to see where it is..... then again if its been sold to an innocent that's not going to be much good. Surely they take snapshots of the database every so many hours or they could check the transaction log?
If it's purely database work and they have a decent structure it shouldn't be that difficult?
I imagine it will say, potentially

It's not difficult, just very time consuming, as I experienced last time.

It is treated as a criminal offence, as some of the furni will have been purchased using real money.
It's the quality of your posts that count, not the quantity!
Dignity does not consist in possessing honours, but in deserving them.
your furni was gone over a month ago. i was looking in your xmas room over a month ago and the dinos were gone. im not sure why you think they should bend over backwards to get your stuff back, id rather they tried to get the furni back of users who still play. did you know Steph was hacked too (also not her fault), all her trophies were lost - nobody helped her... you should count yourself lucky they helped you the first time let alone a second time.Thank you to everyone that has replied.
I last signed in early April, and my account was intact. So I know it has happened in the last month.
It won’t be a difficult task to trace my thrones, since they were all purchased for me in August 2010 when I got my account back, and have not moved off my account, or been in circulation. They will have their own unique identity numbers and simply checking their database will give them a clear trail, although I do also appreciate they may have been traded to innocent Habbos. So I expect them to be replaced.
I appreciate the immense amount of work this will cause, but it is theft, even if it is only a game!
I have not fully checked what is missing, but what is immediately noticeable, are my thones, dinos, white pillows if that is what they are called, and possibly a red birdbath, maybe a typo or two, I need to check old screen shots of my rooms.
Doesn't matter, its likely done as a "donation / gift" in return for a lease of the items. You'd get laughed out of the police station not being rudeIt's not difficult, just very time consuming, as I experienced last time.

@MissAlice; I told staff that you've sent a ticket in and to re-direct it to the correct people. There was no reply but they were active so it's unsure if it was seen or not. Good luck on getting your items back tho.
You're right. It's a commercial transaction where you have given your money to Sulake in return for product. They can write up all the terms of service they like but it's misconduct on their behalf if they don't reimburse you.
If they refuse to help you I would be contacting companies like BBB and other external entities. So what if it takes too much time to track the furniture and items, they are at fault, not you.
I wish I could sit here and say Sulake will pull through but I think we all know the chances of that are slim. Sulakes customer service is disgusting and that's probably a compliment. There should have been an official announcement on this by now outlining sulakes plan to remedy.

There's still a handfull of ex staffs who still have their ADM powers (no I won't name them). As an example, oa still had staff powers for over 2 years áfter he left the company. Rumours go it was Ceissi, but Ceissi's ADM powers were removed in 2013, and the account never got it back.
