The extremists act upon what they deem right from their religion. Women got the right to vote at different times in different countries. In the USA, the 19th amendment was passed in 1920, though several states had already given women the right to vote, beginning with Wyoming in 1869. In the UK, women over 30 got the vote in 1918, and women over 21 in 1928. Women in Germany got the vote at about the same time. In France, women got the vote in 1947.

Some countries haven't changed yet.
