Two. Had one for two years then upgraded not long back.

i had a blackberry from like jan-may and didn't have one until i got the iphone 5c in the middle of sept

Well I bought an iPhone 5s in October 2013, then bought another around about the same time this year and sold the original one (water damaged it, so repair would have been £206 but I managed to sell that one for £300 then bought a new one for £500 ). So two phones in 13 months, but both the same make/model.
