Summary of this thread:

- Furni that wasn't from the Halloween section of the catalogue was used;
- Habbox should be spending credits instead of using Builders Club "because they can afford it";
- People want input into decisions, but even when they have that input, they still don't like what comes of it.

Some of you complain for the sake of complaining. The Builders Club thing is pointless, why would you BUY it if you can get more for one price? That's like going into Asda and asking for all their buy one get one free offers to not affect you because you've got the money to pay for it. How stupid does that sound? VERY STUPID.

The room looks good imo, I prefer the retro Halloween stuff to the new Halloween stuff but that's just me. Some people may disagree with me, but that's my taste. People chose this room because it was also to their tastes... and now your taste has changed? Take a serious look at what's being said here, and then take action according to what you've seen... In my opinion, I'd drop this.

Builders club is a cop out and you know it. and there is no need for an asda comparison here we arnt doing the weekly food shop.

Did you have the chance to pick "the god awful room"? To me it sounds like everybody had the chance to voice their opinion, so unless you missed the boat, it's the result of a majority vote that you don't like the result of? You'd be a great politician by that logic.

Builders club is a cop out? Okay then, lets go through this.

Pros of using Builders club:

- You get a large amount of furni available to you
- The amount of furni that's available to you is far more than what you'd get by buying individually
- It's great for people who need furni but don't want to spend tons of credits to get it all.

Cons of Builders club:

- Some furni isn't available through the builders club
- Your name doesn't get displayed next to the furniture when you click on it

Think things through before spouting, yes it's cheap... as in cheaper than spending £100 on credits cheap, not cheap looking, just very affordable. If this is a bother to you, perhaps you should try financing Habbox to get these changes so that all furniture can be associated with Habbox users. That'll be a great change that everybody will benefit from!

Well if you had it your way, we wouldn't be doing any weekly food shopping as there'd be no money left. :rolleyes:

I guess you have a point though on commenting, I had to comment to get my opinion across that this is a non-issue that should be dropped. I wish I used the other communication channels to air my disappointment on a forum, perhaps send a mass PM to everybody to let them know what I think (inspired by Mrs.McCall lol), or I should make a new thread based on this to air my disappointment OR I could make a big Skype chat and invite everybody just to let them know what I think, because I'm not allowed to comment in the thread as it counteracts my point.

That's a toughie, I'll get back to you on what I think is the best course of action. Might be a while so do your weekly food shopping in the meantime. I hear online shopping is the way forward, pretty cheap. Not that you'd care how much things cost.

I do kind of agree with Ste, but the HxHD does look kind of out of place with some of the furni, it does look just that little bit cramped together, but as everyone said theres room for improvement on all of the rooms, just post it in the thread that was made for this particular argument, ive noticed alot of criticism too Laura, the management are trying their hardest to make it look good and i think the next design should look better, just like the one i originally came to when i joined habbox, i think it was the design before the HxSS started, i liked that design because it was standard and it stood out
But the help desk this time is okay but could do with some improvements if im honest, im looking forward to the next design too!

I don't particularly like this design but I'll survive lol. I never like Halloween designs anyway.

The designs in the Design the Next HxHD Layout thread are looking good tho so hopefully I'll prefer the next one yayy
