Thanks Yeah that's what I figured; I'm partway through lvl 4 now so not long to go! There's not thatttt many pokemon around me atm but I'm walking somewhere this evening so I can play then.

I love this game, someone put a lure on 2 things in Barnsley so there were like 10 of us (I didn't know them), but you could tell what we were all doing there lmao.

I need to pay more attention though, I nearly fell down some steps trying to catch something.

It's kinda crazy how big of a following this game has already - Yeah I know Pokemon has always been popular but you don't normally to get to see or hear people playing it. I was on my way home from work and have to go through Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester which is always a busy place. There was like at least 4/5 pokestops which had lures on as well. Then when you are walking around getting these and grabbing pokemon you can see other people playing it as well.

Then on the bus, I heard 2 guys talking about it as well. Then all 3 of us were trying to grab this Pokemon on the journey home. It was great!

Has anyone else had an egg go missing once they have nearly completed it? Basically I was doing a 5km one and I was something like 4.8km so I was getting pretty close. So I left the app running and walking with the phone in my hand and got to the work office. I checked the app and the eggs section and it's gone missing.

So I assume this is a bug or I'm I being stupid here?

Update: If this ever happens to you, sort your Pokemon by "Recent" and see if there's a Pokemon you haven't recently caught by using Pokeballs. I did this after reading a reddit thread on the same issue as above and noticed I now have a Rhyhorn.
