I just had a meeting with my careers woman, and I feel so much better about this subject!
I want to either own my own small hotel up in the highlands, I can picture it perfectly. It would have old features but modern (not Ikea) furniture and things with a mixture of antiques, and a chef who makes nice Scottish dinners! Although not too keen on having to live there though. The other is to be a museum curator or gallery curator, or work in a bank or some management role. She is going to get me some work experience at a hotel next summer, and for Saturday's we are looking for work experience at a gallery or something!
If any of you are stuck, I'd really advise getting an appointment with a careers advisor.
