What I don't really understand is why admins actually need to start off with 15 rep? They say they have it because that's what the usergroup starts off with - eh fair enough but why not reduce it just like you did to us?

Seems to be different standards for different people in my opinion.

That's a pretty minor issue really. On most forums the staff have higher rep than the rest, it isn't really a bother to anyone and they hardly give out rep anyway.
