I only play through season a couple of times usually, so I am digging the 6 Superstar-specific stories and I love how the shows begin with the pyro and everything. Looks great. Another entire new mode is yet to be announced I hear that incorporates things from GM Mode - which is out this year unfortunately.
I hope this undisclosed mode makes up for it, because I really liked it.

No, no, that was just the name of last year's season mode, the Road to WrestleMania mode is the only story-driven mode in the game, and this new one is being hailed as brand new.
