1. VATSIM is an online multiplayer where you connect, and in many places ATC is online. You then basically act like in the real world. Which adds alot of realism.

2. If you have a really good PC, FSX. But if you dont have such a good one, FS9

3. Joystick. And if you want, addons.

What is FsX etc?

Do I need a joystick or can i use the keyboard/sidewinder?

Dont i need like teamspeak etc? So basically u connect to a server for Vatsim and u fly to places

You need Squawk box to go on VATSIM. You can download on their site. You can use the keyboard, but it isnt at all as much fun.
