Thanks for all of the good reps, including Cheezy2 and some others :-) The issue is still alive, but as I said, I'm just going to keep emailing until I get a response, I'm persistant. I'm being harassed, and asked for a name change via help tool, I've even been receiving death threats, I know name changes are only done in extreme cases, and I know mine is extreme, as I no longer feel comfortable playing the UK hotel.

So I send in an email via help tool, and this is what I get :

Surely you wont get Death threats from people on Habbo, unless thy know where you live..
