There was an alert sent out around 10ish on .fr saying (if the translation was correct) that they would be updating it as from 11 o clock so id presume thats why the site is down it also said something about letting the techies get on with it and that we should check back later

Yeh i think from what a read, either the first few people that make a public room will get to let 50 people in... or only 50 people can make a public room. But i think it was the first one. The first 20 or sumat will be able to let 50 in then the rest will have like 20 or 30 or sumat. The french speak weird =S
