I think you shouldn't stick it in somebody you don't know at that age, especially without a condom. I think if your serious with your lover and you've been going out for a long time and you both want to do it, then go get some condoms or get on the pill and have a good time, just don't go crying to whoever when you don't use safe methods and you get your girlfriend pregnant and you have a kid to deal with for the next 18 years.

Haha, its just most things i know are 18+ for the law.
Either way, id wait till 18.


Also, whether he uses a condom or not, its still stupid and wrong to do it at such a young age, but if you wanna loose your virginity at 13, feel free.
Im not gonna be thinking about sex until im at least 17.
