Just talk to him normally, start apologizing for something ;s
Then turn away, turn back round quikcly and jaw him.
Then kick him in the face
Dont kick his head, you can kill him then.

I dont think you need karate and all that, unless your really experience it helps.
I have a friend whos been doing judo 7 years and I would be able to beat him up pretty easily. I think its about not being scared, putting your mind to it, endurance, and having some good muscle. Thats what makes you truly strong. Although I could 'hurt' alot of people, I never throw the first punch, only If I need to fight then I will..

Haha, sure. By grabbing my ears and pulling my top over my head. That's not fighting. By throwing big digs which take about 3 seconds to connect, in that time most people could have already hit you

If you haven't got the bottle to throw a dig, you're going to get ******. I know people who never fight, even though they do martial arts, not because "it's only for self defense", they just don't have the bottle to throw a dig.
