Why do people dislike Gays soo much?

People act OOT..Like this guy when I was at school, on his birthday he wore like a pink banner saying 'Birthday girl' And calls himself gay dom, I dont mind gays, I dislike some of their attutudes.

i know this could be a bit of a bump but another point is in my school people tend to use the word gay as one instead of rubbish or crap or something. Like "Oh my goodness thats so gay" I mean that kind of thing just shows the kind of atitude and doesnt really help the situation and i dont think its very fair

Whats wrong with useing the word gay to say somthings rubbish? Its no differnt to useing the word gay to denote sexuality o.0 In reality the word doesnt mean ether, it means to be happy. So i dont really get how you can compain that people are misusing a word if your going to be completely hypocitical and do the same thing. Gay only has sexual connotations by common usage, the its rubbish idea works the same way.

I have to admit, im pretty predujiced against the gays. Ive had bad experiences with the ones ive met, and this is coming from a bisexual. All the ones i've known have all been flamboyant in-your-face ******ness and the lesbians being bitter men hating butch feminists and if not all but two have been racist. So im pretty biased.

And most of them deny Bisexuality exisence depite homosexuality and lesbianism being denyed for so long and said to be a disease/disorder not so long ago? Double standerd much?

i believe that most people see gays as unnormal. It mostly has to do with relegions i think. Because a man is meant to be with a woman, and it is unnormal to some people when they see a man and man or woman and woman. I guess thats just the way it is. But i also think that times are changing and that gays are being more accepted into this world, which is great.

I dont mind gays but as AC-400 says when they go OTT about it it kind of annoys me, especially the way some talk.

Also some gays think the world is agaisnt them becuase they are gay that kind of annoys me.

People dont like gays because they arediffrent.

people just dont like the fact that someone is diffrent. Just like people with disablitys. People make fun of them because they are diffrent.
Everyone is human and deserves to be treated with respect.
