it acctually is possible to have 2 babies if you are already pregnant. its very rare but if you have sex withing 2 weeks of conception, and the sperm isnt in the egg yet you can have two if another sperm meets up with another egg in the other tube (thats rare too lol) this happened to one of my relatives and a doctor told them this

Pregnancy tests are sometimes falsely negative, but never falsely positive.

It might be the other way round though I can't remember. Chances are thought that if you are on your period, you aren't pregnant.
