Well what I mean is if thats how he is then thats it. End of. Hes happy and thats certainly a good thing.

However some try not to be. They try to choose. They end up in an unhappy marriage and you hear of married men going off with another bloke more often now. Same with females. Some try to choose to keep people happy.

True, one trait a majority have is they're reasonably happy and friendly.

Yes some maybe unhappy but I think the majority you see are happy and friendly. Maybe because they don't have to hide anything from anyone. Alot of people never do 'come out' if they are gay and end up in a marriage they don't want to be in or something but I bet the ones that do are the happier.

Many gays/lesbians do not "come out" because of social acceptance. For instance; in some parts of the world with some religions, it is frowned upon. But, in other parts, your sexuality doesn't change what others may thing of you. I feel for the people who do not come out because they fear acceptance by religous friends or family. I think it would be almost impossible to supress your emotions for your entire life because of fear.
