They build up, why have a team when only 6 of so people are going to be useing your site? its uttery pointless and a waste of time and money. Websites employ people when they need to, they dont start out as massive corporations o.0

Surely they dont have to be in an office to work professionally? If you say they do, that means that all those people who work from home don't work as professionals?

If someone works from home, they will (more than likely) use a IM Client to talk to members of their team who may also work at home. I will give you an example of this, Headscape have a "Virtual Office" where they do not travel into work everyday, They work from home and they still work professionally.

I don't understand where you have gotten the notion that you have to be over the age of 18 to start this kind of website, as long as they abide to the Data Protection Act they would be fine.

This isn't a company and doesn't require much communication.

We create a basic login system, we both understand how it works and then we both work on seperate pages.

You dont NEED to have an office for anything. I hate to mention runescape, but i will,

Jagex started operating out of Andrew's bedroom for about a year until they decided to make everything seem more official (and had a lot of spare cash)

I was saying you can't run a professional BUSINESS when you are our age as its not ethical for someone our age to handle money.

Its not? If you read the history's of a number of prominent entreniors, you may may find some disagreement with that statment.

Plus i really dont see what ethical issue there is in it? the main problems today is all the legal burocrasy
