Happy Slapping...

it doesn't happen at my school [we are too mature for it! :p]
but my brother says it happens at his school and all phones have been banned, and it happened at a high school round the corner from where i live. A 13 year old girl was put into intensive care after 2 girls who claimed were happy slapping this girl, had pushed her too the ground, and had kicked her stomach, ribs and head repeatedly. I felt seriously sick that this had happened just around the corner. I admit we have a bit of harmless fun in our class, where we walk up to a mate, tap them on the shoulder, they turn around, and we give them a slight slap around the cheek but it never hurts anyone, and they are allowed to slap or nudge you back. No-one gets hurt and not once has it been taken to the level of serious beating. Most my mates won't catch a bus anymore, but if anyone attempted at happy slapping me i would seriously hurt them back. :@
It seems to have died down A LOT recently, which i am thankful for.

PS If anyone is thinking about happy slapping someone remember the person you slap can be damaged by your slap not just physically but mentally too! No-one should have to suffer for your childish amusement. Happy slapping is not happy for everyone, dont do it!!

Its stopped at my school now. Ive never had it happen to me but when people did do it the ones who wanted to be slapped done it hard otherwise people would just tap you on your face and say 'Happy slapped'

I heard about it from my friend who lives in UK, and I started it at our school...Boy did I get suspended :rolleyes: We also have this thing for St. Patricks day where we pinch someone if there not wearing green, were not supposted to do it, but me and my friends started it one morning on St.Paddys day, After school detention for us!! :@

my friend was happy slapped but it then turned into a beating in which he was knocked unconcious and they filmed it n sent it to his phone >.< but the thing is if the government arent going to be anything about chavs (sorry for stereotyping)nothing will be done as have u seen anyone happy slap who isnt a chav?? all the government needs to do is ban all models of fone with media messenging and the ability to take photos and record videos this will then stop the happy slapppings as they will have nothing to record it with

Lol I know, someone got in trouble by a police man few weeks ago. A girl got dared into happy slapping a stranger! :/

Also this boy at school got a Formal Warning from the police. Omg, just a Formal Warning! He smacked this guy across the face so that it was bruised
