And yeah it does tbh , Im considering getting a Wii for xmas. I have a 360 in my room and that does fine , a Wii wouldn't so Im thinking of getting one for my back room :]

Sonic & The Secret rings only gets good after the 4th level, The final boss battle and Sonic's 8 Ringed Form are simply amazing!

I'd prefer the whole Sonic Gang to be in it, Tails etc. because Sonic and his fellow companions were back there in the 16bit era when Video Gaming just kicked off.

Smash Bros is about the early days, It just defines RETRO.

Huh? Sonic redeemed himself uberly with Sonic and the Secret Rings? Whats that got to do with my post? I was just simply saying how Sonic would fit in SSBB much better than Snake would. Sega and Nintendo have been working with and against each other for years, even before Sony and Microsoft entered the console wars. So it would make more sense for Sonic to be in it than a new guy like Snake. Also you can compare Sonic to Mario much better than you could with Snake.

I can't help thinking Super Smash Bros won't feel the same playing as Snake. It's meant to be for 'Nintendo All Stars', not any old character. Adding Sonic into the game would make more sense since it was just Nintendo and Sega back in the day and Nintendo won that war and now Sega make games for Nintendo, so... Plus you can hardly compare a Nintendo character such as Mario to Snake, but I guess that'll add to the wackyness of the game. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of suprises.

The war has ended. Sega no longer make consoles or first party games.

You can't compete in the console wars if you don't even make consoles anymore.

Also, I will quote the Angry Nintendo Nerd here... 'When Mircosoft and Sony entered the competition, things got a little heavy and somebody had to go and now Sega's making games on Nintendo. Which is crazy to think back then Mario and Sonic were the biggest enemies, nobody would have ever imagined there'd be a Sonic game on a Nintendo system. So, who won that battle, huh?'

And guess what!? Now there is even a game with both Mario and Sonic in on a Nintendo console! Nintendo obviously won that war. It ended years ago mate.

If the question: What games are better, Mario ones or Sonic ones? Was asked to the whole world, I am certain Mario would come out on top.

If you asked: What character is better, Mario or Sonic? I think it would be kinda close but Mario would win.

The war is over. Nintendo have successful first party games and a brillient new console, Sega have none of that. There isnt even a games war going on. Everyone considers it a console war with Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony competing.
