    I agree, keep building your sand castle.. when it falls.. it leaves a big pile of sand.. you put more sand on top and build again.

    You are building a bigger foundation every time it falls, unless you give up.. then you just have a big pile of sand..

    Yep, but let me say this again but more.... "different".

    You get a bucket of sand, and you make your castle.. it falls down and you are left with a pile of sand. You flatten it out and you get more sand, and put on top of it, it falls again.

    Each time you repeat this, the foundation gets higher and higher, until finally your sand castle is high enough to survive the tide.
