what i dont understand about the whole situation is why admins have to be so bothered about it when other forums dont give a ****

Other forums (not habbo related) usually have more mature members who most of the time don't know many people so use the feature correctly. HxF rep has turned into a tool for bullying and also into a I rep you and you rep me club.

I think that the amount aloud should be reduced from the original 20 (i think) but taking it rite down to 5 is well to low i think. A happy medium would be 10 pd for me.
