Judging by Mr Brown's cowardly tactics he'll only call an election when the Tories are doing very badly and Labour are doing well. That could happen any time over the next 2 years so you never know when

Wasn't 75% of the population so don't over do it, the kurds rebellion was crushed because it threatend the stability of the country.
