ooo good idea, ill do them with that tomoroow. Then if they say to return it to them ill say ive thrown it becuase it was useless and I coudlnt get a refund as the shops closed down.

Took me about 6 phone calls but ive finally got myself a free wireless network adapter from them

I told them this: My current one showed very low connectivity and often disconnected, the shop closed down that I bought it from so I couldnt return it, I only just found out about this support number, I have thrown the adapter away as there was no where to return it to, I tried my friends adapter in my xbox and his worked fine however mine did not.

Was a very gruelling amount of questions I had to make up answers to on the spot but she agreed to send me one free of charge within 10days WOOP

My wireless adapter is on its way to me in like 5days and oddly today I got a wireless controller arrive at my house even though they told me they would only send me it when I sent mine back lol

Damn, I tried going for gold and getting a halo 3 controller saying that I sent my faulty one back and they just sent me a white one. But this guy was clever and said that they couldnt change it even if I did send the white one back and pay for my own postage

Ahh well, just waiting for my wireless adapter to arrive now
