Yes you are members - but if you look back through this thread it is only moderators that don't agree. Coincidence?
Entertainment Moderators, who, have to read all these threads that should be spoilered, and a LOT of things get spoilt for us, maybe thats a contributory factor?
PM me for help.
I LOVE the entertainment category, and you learn to know it well, but at the same time things get spoilt, and it's slightly unfair as all people have to do is use spoilers?
Ultimately, I'm willing to have things spoilt, for this issue to be resolved. I'm all in favour of the rule being abolished completely, but I'd rather it be resolved than abolished.

It's a bad idea asking everyone to follow something when there is no need. The obvious thing you do is not view threads regarding a subject you want to watch at a later date. You don't have to view a thread because it's there.
They're review sites, Habbox Forum is a community which focuses on discussions rather than primarily reviews. Asking everyone to spoil their threads is impossible. The only way you can come close to solving issues like this is within forum descriptions, remind people about threads which could spoil shows etc for someone. Alternatively you could suggest members create their own threads asking what Prince Caspian is like, which will filter out people giving away plot lines, unless they're right donkey holes. This won't lead to multiple threads asking for reviews, because members will see threads asking a question, not giving out information and therefore will view them. It seems easier than forcing people to spoiler everything :/

It shouldn't be abolished - I personally think that the use of spoilers should be calmed down a bit. For example limited spoilers to the first post and title rather than spoiling a whole thread because people should avoid threads which are going to spoil a program. If someone is giving information that isn't related to the title or first post and could spoil the program - then spoilers should be used.

The draft looks good. Although with Big Brother not everything is shown in the highlights so I think it would be better if it was like "major" story lines should be in spoilers. Although major could be mis-interpreted by different people. Will there be any guidelines for catch up shows? You seemed to agree earlier in the threadThere don't seem to be any major ammendments to what I wrote earlier, so I think that's what's going to stand unless anyone has any major objections.
Can you expand on your point about big brother? What's a catch-up show? I don't watch it![]()
That seems easier. Ask people to put spoiler in thread titles to tell people this thread will spoil whatever it is about rather than destroy a whole thread with countless and seemingly pointless spoiler tags. If people want reviews, they should ask for them. It's kinda one thing a forum is all about, as well as discussions. It shouldn't be abolished - I personally think that the use of spoilers should be calmed down a bit. The catch up show is the one every night at 10 or 9 pm and is what most people watch to find out about what has happened recently in BBYou seemed to agree earlier in the threadThere don't seem to be any major ammendments to what I wrote earlier, so I think that's what's going to stand unless anyone has any major objections.
