I don't get that good ping and I'm like right next to my exchange (length of cable from exchange to my house is ~62m) lol

It's dodgy, I actually get the full 20mbit speed.

Well, although I've got 25 mbit connection, most servers bandwidth throttle for me, so I can never use it all but it does help having like 3 downloads going at really fast and still be able to view the net with ease.
