Deleted your cookies, temporary internet files, and cache.
Which would be (Windows) > Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
Also, delete the runescape cache, which is found at: C:\WINDOWS (Jagex Cache 32)
Make sure Java is at Java 6 - Update 13.
Try a different browser.

I use IE, and it never crashes for me. Try my above advice though, it's 99% chance that one of those are the problem.
