I also have my uncle and aunty who are in Mexico and cannot get back although they media say they can. They are told to see a doctor when they get back from Mexico to check for the swine flu.

yeah - in 1917? don't forget that it was a time before penicillin was being mass produced :S you'd think we'd be a bit better prepared now..

and how can they find a cure? its a mutating strain of the H1N1 virus, so it will change its dna structure to resist antibodies and all forms of vaccine.

Yeah but if it turns out to spread in big numbers, the governent won't spend money on vaccines to cure everyone.

As far as I am aware, there is a pill you take which will eliminate such threats. It's the same pill for bird flu, though that never arised anyway. The person in the UK got cleared of it anyway, mainly because he never had it. Meh, not fussed to be honest.

Penicillin doesn't do anything to flu, it's virtually useless. I got told this when visiting my GP and the fact I used to take it for 10 years kinda disproves it too. The only thing that gets rid of flu, or at least prevents it, is the flu jab and possibly healthy food high in whatever vitamins it blocks.
