Absolutely Their crimes fit the punishment though. And I did get one person a warning from his IP for phishing I think, he had phished several Habbox members with his site so when I had his site take it down I also had them provide IP and email the form information was sent to (it was a fake HaboxForum login). People don't realize how easy it is to get them in trouble, you just need to be able to write a cohesive formal email and things get done pretty quickly.

When we got DDOSd long long ago I remember JackHB reported all the IPs to the police. Also the police got involved the time someone stole our domain a while back if anyone remembers when sierk got hacked and everything.

So we do involve the police when necessary. In this case we have specific reasons we aren't going to press charges else we could easily get the police involved as this breaks a lot of rules.

Which people got police visits haha
The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

Even if it is on a stolen domain, which I believe it isn't, they will just use the backup files from ***** and use another domain, so reporting ***** wont get anyone anywhere

It is it got admitted by don, the original owner got it stolen by "finch-HIMself"

and it would get somewhere? they would have to use a new domain which would make it **** and they couldn't call it ***** anymore.. and everyone would just think it another **** hack site..

No staff accounts should have any emails linked to them either on Hxf or on the Hx site. Obviously you have to register with one but then they are removed, it came around last year when me and Jake were both hacked on the same day. The Staff editor should remove emails when someone becomes a member of staff so that access cant be gained to there account through email.

Other than that, they should be careful enough not to get keyloggers.
