Also, loads of people's names and user-bars etc are being pushed under their avatars. Seems to be those with longer names so I think the horizontal space allocated for them needs to be increased (this is on the horizontal/top view).

It seems that whenever somebody posts with a quote, the quote ends up about 3 miles down the page along with the rest of the post, it wasn't like this before I decided to give the vertical postbit a go, so I gues it's something to do with that. I also use IE8 on Windows XP if that's any help to you fixing it
Hey Josh, I could only replicate this on Internet Explorer 7 (compat. mode in IE8). Unfortunately vB as it comes is pretty poor when it comes to working on anything below IE8 ~ JamesLast edited by Jamesy; 27-03-2010 at 12:05 PM.
