Wait, what? Must be a sign that Habbo is slowly crashing and burning It was bound to happen - they hate their users, they make too many hotels most with barely any users, and they waste their money on stupid things. A stupid idea, attempting to merge large hotels, but I haven't used it in years so it's I don't know if the amount of users have dropped off the scales, and if so, good.

Hopefully at the end of the summer, Habbox will be outshining all other sites in terms of features and interaction by 10 miles .

indeed farewell to the smaller fansites, but the main ones will be sure to stay. Their communities are too vast - look at Habbox for example, most of the people on Habbo.co.uk swear by it

So Habbo has finally closed its doors to the fansite world? It was always inevitable once Habbo became big enough to market itself effectively as opposed to relying on kids with their websites and word of mouth.

Merging most likely means they aren't doing that well financially. That usually means they would want to keep their fansites happy and keep in touch to ensure Habbo doesn't slowly die.
    They are just disrespectful.

They're not closing their doors if they're keeping the American domain and there are more likely a surplus of American users compared to that of other nations.

If Habbo is merging hotels it is because it is losing its popularity so needing to cost cut. I imagine they cant list all the official sites from all over the world so will let the weak die before deciding if its worth restarting an official list. I think the majority of fansite workers would have quit habbo years ago if they did not have that extra intrest generated from working on a fansite doing things they love like dj'ing, writing, reporting, events etc. With the fansites there are a lot of people who have benefitted greatly by learning new skills which have become much needed as they move on with their lives.
