im not sure. people have said that it was because of the amount of rooms and furni we have. But i have no furni and onli 3 rooms lol so i dont see how it can be that. . .

And what if your other accounts have different D/O/B's ? - I tried to get my Pass back on a few .com accs the other day, and i didnt know the D/O/B so im screwed.
