This is a response to benreppin having the name '0' and then being permed. looks likely that those with ill-gotten rare names will have those names once more.

@btwboy and other asked about casinos & gambling. We need to clarify a few points.

First and foremost Habbo does not endorse nor support gambling. Each country defines gambling a little differently, and we follow the laws of the country where the Hotel operates.

In most countries gambling is defined as a random method through which you can make money. That means online gambling occurs when you put money in, you play a game based on randomness and you can "cash in" your virtual currency. We don't allow you to cash in on Habbo goods. And we are very strict about that for that precise reason.

In some countries gambling is defined differently, and that is why some Hotels don't allow rooms that even look like places where gambling occurs.

In all cases we will follow the law. Today on .com we had some new moderators apply one regions rules to another region. We have reversed these moves and hope to have everyone returned to where they started. Apologies for any inconvenience.

People buy their Habbo credits and I think they should be entitled to bet with them if that's what they wish to do. If they were going to get rid of the casinos, they should have warned those that are online and just pickalled the ones where the owners weren't online. Unfair move if you ask me! If they remove the rooms, does that mean the furni is removed as well or is it just the furni is placed back into the hand? If it has been removed forever, then that's pathetic and really unfair.
