Only once they get a certain number of claims on them, and the feedback hits 0 I believe.

And made his feedback private! Defiantly a scam.

I've opened a Item was not as described case, and told them an empty box arrived, up to you what you do though, you can open an item did not arrived case at the beginning of September I think.

Just do what I did, I'll get my money back on the 17th, so 6 days. You have to wait a week and a half I think doing it this way.

How strange, he now seems to be getting positive feedback, i've already given him poor feedback as im sure the product isnt coming and if it is it'd be a rep
