Making Free Habbo Themed Layouts

Hiya, I would like u to make me a lay out, for the navigator and the typing box thing (like habbo)

And the rest all like habbo (greenish spooky type)

1. Close to like what habbohotel.co.uk, but preferably with different color boxes then yellow.
2. Main content (big - center) Left side: Navigation (not that wide but long) Another box (pretty small) 3 more boxes on the right, any size will do.
3. Would be awesome if you could make a cool hotel, but really anything pixel looking would be great... I really don't have that much of a preference.
4. I can do this myself.
5. Fully coded
6. Plain text.
