natural disaster's yes... as they are a tag team and SVR09 focuses on tag teams mostly this year...
tbh i was thinking maybe there will be 5 legend tag teams....
(consisting of 2 each)
(then there will be 10 legends and it will also make them involved with the tag stuff this year)

Yeah, I was thinking of Smokin' Gunns too, Billy & Bart but they aren't really legends. They could include 10 new legends along with maybe a few old ones as you said.
