Havent been following thread or news for a few hours, small update. Brent garbage truck been stolen and driven around my area at high speed, probaby unreported elsewhere.

I cannot believe you are trying to make political capital out of what is happening. These are not race riots. They are a small minority of criminals from all sections of the community when the majority of all sections of community are law abiding. I find your stance on this thread quite sickening actually. Unbelievably you are an advocate of cutting public spending to the bone - you can see how well that worked last night when the amount of personnel available to the emergency services could not cope. Do you think that all police leave being cancelled shows that they are properly resourced?

Firstly, public spending is not being cut rather its being increased (sadly)so you can stop before you start concerning that one; http://www.spectator.co.uk/coffeehou...-figures.thtml - I do get bored of repeating myself over and over again concerning the debt issue on the facts rather than the political rhetoric. There are nice charts there for people who can't understand numbers or who don't want to understand them.

But on the issues i've raised, i've raised them because people like yourself, your party and the other two parties have for years not punished criminals properly, have destroyed education, have allowed the destruction of the family and have opened the floodgates of immigration and now we are paying the price. I am fed up to the back teeth of people like yourself living in a fantasy world while millions in our country (usually the poorest) live a living hell as you make excuses for criminals and the wicked.

This violence and breakdown occurs in some parts of the country day-in, day-out and people have just been abandoned to it.

Sorry it is you with all the political ideologies - none of which have been proven in practice. You just posted to try to prove your point again which you do in any thread that gives you the slightest hook to shove your minority political views down our throat. There are people who live in this country in the most deprived areas who are forced to live amongst constant muggings, among thugs, have to attend the worst schools and the government and the Police fail to act concerning crime in general - and people like yourself pretend it does not go on in the most deprived areas, what a disgrace. Come and visit some inner city estates in the likes of Liverpool and tell me along with locals its not hell.

It is harder to go to University in this country than it is prison, and they're not scared of our prisons either.

By bringing the 'cuts' into it (which i've proven are false time and time again) along with generally supporting a party over the past few years which has done exactly the same - human rights acts, rehabilitation (which doesn't exist) and so forth. Indeed thats what i'm saying, as the economic data shows it. It doesn't suit you on the left to hear this because you of course depend and are basing your whole ideology for re-election on the basis that the Conservatives are implementing terrible cuts.. on the other hand the Conservatives are saying there are cuts because their support relies on the fact that they are 'clearing up' Labour's terrible mess.

So the criminals agree with me you think? that we need Police who will protect and enforce punishment on those who do wrong, that prisons should be harsh and not a nice experience, that welfare should be slashed for these peope.. or do you think that they'd agree with you which is the opposite to what i've just listed?
