I just went on the server and I spawned in a cactus patch. Mean

Surely this isn't a huge problem seeing as how it takes all of 2 minutes to do the downgrade and then we're exactly as we were until bukkit or whatever comes out

The build (client build) we're on is good anyway. Apparently 1.2 has issues with railways.

yeh but carts are messed up anyway and atleast 1.2 has dispensers and dyes. DYES MY FRIEND. HOW AWESOME.

I feel safer on the current build WITHOUT dispensers. I just know someone will put random ones around the bloody map and I'll get killed. :S

Keep in mind that they do require arrows to be put in, so unless someone spends a lot of time gathering arrows (which they cant even pick up after its been launched) i very much doubt they're gonna place them anywhere on the map. Also the fact you can just run upto it and destroy it :p

and i swear no one even uses minecarts except for stuto. I think that dyes will add A LOT of variety to our rather plain looking wood + cobblestone town.

omg I didn't see about dyes coming out at last, I can finally make pink towers when we get updated

also what is the point of dispensers other than to be a waste of space for arrow cannons

Oh, well i still think dyes would be much nicer for everyone to use than some crappy carts and im sure they wont be broken for long :>

make a chicken farm and shoot eggs. getting feathers FOR MORE ARROWS YEAH. But honestly, just a good defense for your house
