Well, hobbas that have a good repuatation, and have been in the hotel a long time and have done so much dedication, get phoned up. (to my understanding this is true) and asked if they'd like to work in the offices. They're old enough, etc beacuse of there hobba(ness). e.g Mandy, was phoned up and asked to become head hobba. She then became staff and changed her acc name. from KoRnKat to GlitterKat she still visits KoRnKat, but i don't know if its the same with lost_witness, properly is but hes maybe much older and into his job. Or applied and said "im a hobba", etc.
