Carl is correct though, an uncoded layout is classed as a graphic, therefore if you want it rated post it in the GRAPHICS section, i havent even bothered to read and page past page 1, because Carl is correct, full stop.

To be honest Carl and Joe are both right. If i was being myself i would stick with joe about the ranting at noobs part of this thread, but logically it is correct to help those who need it. If no-one helped me then i wouldnt be where i am today, allthough the constant repetetiveness of threads can become annoying, most people who need help arent going to browse 30 odd pages of threads to find answers.
This seems basic but its true, break up Webdesign. "Website Designing". This obviously includes the template as it is part of the design of the website, but i've noticed some people Post about 3 threads on there layout such as "Uber l337 layout, UNFINISHED" then "Uber l337 layout NEARLY FINISHED!" then "My super layout is finished!" We are all aware of the noobishness of nelly and we all hope he never returns.
I remember when i posted about how to use dreamweaver, allthough it was noobish i recieved not a single reply actually helping, just flaming. Thank god those days have passed =]
If your going to stay and browse this forum you have to put up with the idiots who post repetitive **** and stuff. I think most use habbox because most of the community ARE NOOBS. If a noob went on sitepoint and posted What is cPanel, or What is HTML, they would most likely get flamed as it is aimed at proffessionals, people's lack of patience is irritating, like mine, but that doesnt escape the fact =]
