This is getting, this is getting kinda desperate now, i need a layout coding with the following requirements;

The white must be TRANSPARENT
Images need to be GIF
Must be coded in extendable tables
PHP Navigation for extra HC
The bit where it has a members system login needs to be coded into a login form
And can i get this straight because there is so many people out there that keep saying, 'OmGz dat iz well crap pay 2 make da whole uzersystem init'

I DONT WANT THE WHOLE USER SYSTEM, IT JUSTS NEED TO BE CODED INTO A LOGIN FORM!

Oh yeah, and pay is 8HC's

Most people dont realy want habbo crap, the few who do for the most part tend to be the crapyer and less skilled webdesigners, your layout would be incredibly easy to code in tables, and not much harder to do properly in full css and divs "/

My person opinion is if you want to run a website for non commercal reasons you should realy know how to do it yourself, Its an easy job and can be done with very basic html.

also the whole thing done properly, would only take about 3 tiny images, not includieng the text, the top bar, the button bar, and the submit graphic "/

Exactly, you can't run a 'FANSITE', if you have hardly any knowledge of HTML!
