As a 'site owner' you should be making sure no controversial content is uploaded and as 'site owner' you should have the ability to edit & remove badges, but fine, if it is action you want, it is action you shall get

Just pointing out something -

The site owner of any site if its a whether site or a game site or a fan site is ALWAYS responsible for what content is on HIS website after all it is his duty to make sure that HE makes sure his staff are doing the right thing. Look at Limewire and other file sharing companies for example the owners got sued when the copyright files were uploaded by users and not them selfs, they were still responsible for it and its the and its the same anywhere. I would watch out if someone contacts your host you could loose your site for breach of copyright laws and could even face a law suite I don't think it will go that far but WATCH OUT.

i dont really care what you do, at the end of the day xroyal15 owns it not me i deal with the staff not the content and royal did not get sued,

and i do agree i hate things that people nick from other site but it out of my control what he dose with "his site" so for that i am sorry we used habboremix badge i never new where he got it from so if he did get it from then im very sorry.
