i think its too get ther own bak on no-one.. they might be angry or in a mood to hit people if they think it is funnt it isnt! i cant really get the words that i am thinking out of my mouth, im am just so annoyed by it..

Hold on.. It's not really happy 'slapping' is it? i mean, a happy slap would have been someone going up to someone else and giving them a playful slap on the cheek, that is harmless and sometimes funny, now it should be called, 'agressive beating' as it isnt a happy slap its a agressive beating until the victim is unconscous. I think it is sick and it was so popular, but now the whole thing is calming down. It isn't the most of worrys on police's mind at the moment.
