Habbox make a lot of stupid decisions.
This was one of them it would appear.

Another one of Habbox's stupid decisions by the looks of it. Were you in charge of the Graphics Team when they removed the whole team or were you hired afterwards? Management are very unfair on Department Managers by the looks of it.

Good point... Hmm, they'll have their reasons I guess. Fresh talent and all that rubbish. I do think they should've kept you in the team for your services though, if anything? You don't just 'knock off' managers who've been with them for like half a year or so. =/

It would be a brilliant idea if people would recognize that they're seeing one, perhaps not entirely accurate side of the story before accusing Habbox Management of making a "stupid decision" that was "unwarranted" or "unexpected." If you knew the entire situation then your opinion would be somewhat different

However, I don't believe that's necessary. First of all, its his business, and if he wants to keep it to himself, that's his prerogative, and I will respect that. Plus, he's no longer on the team and there's absolutely no reason for my to drag his name through the mud, as he was a good guy

Ken, it's very sad to see you go. You are a fantastic designer and person. I agree with the fact that the graphics could of been more active, but the situation wasn't bad or anything. Anyway I guess al decisions managment take is for the best.

Plus, you've been graphics manager since July. You said they removed your staff 1-3 weeks into your manager role...that would be around August time. I requested the graphics in November/Early December and you used the excuse that they removed the staff for not doing them?

With all due respect, this shows how good a manager he was. By late November even if a new team hadn't been fully drafted and trained (from August:S) then some personal efforts wouldn't have gone amiss, or at least an explanation at the time.

(And MAD was jealous you took his department obviously, and done a way better job :rolleyes:.)

I do love how people find a way to blame MAD for absolutely everything, even when it's an entirely fair decision.
