Lost_Witness has decided to give somebody else the chance to experience being the Hotel Manager. He has done everything he wanted
to achieve by being the Hotel UK Manager. Sulake Main Offices have offered him a higher rank which he couldn't say No to. Lost_Witness will
now step down from being the Hotel UK Manager and Colmc will replace his role.
We'd like to say a big Thank you to Lost_Witness who has done the hotel proud and has achieved alot throughout his career. Big Congratulations to Colmc for replacing Lost_Witness role, please welcome him warmly and politely.
Akela and 0rca will both do the role of the Assistant Hotel Manager, so please warm welcome them aswell.

Firstly, if Lost_Witness' position as UK Hotel Manager ends in March (which is likely), it will not be his decision at all. As far as I know, managers are replaced after three years I think it is, at the longest.

Other than that, other inaccurate statments include Akela! (which is her name, not Akela) and 0rca, assuming the position of Assistant Manager. As they both already have their own important roles, I'm not sure how that would work. Not to mention, they wouldn't need to be welcomed as they are not new. Niether is colmc whose name is spelt with no capitals.

Other details include the frequent inappropriate capitalisations, the way in which the "letter" gives the impression that Lost_Witness is actually leaving after it states he has been promoted and finally, the final greeting is extemely contradictary.

The moral of the story is, -rep!
