It isn't the most fun job tbh, at least with articles you can play around with it a bit. Rare values is all a bit... communist tbh I think that's the word I want anyway. Aaron was pure class, not heard from him for aaages

Alot of the time its true but when you have somebody who has transformed a department over a year or 2 its very hard to pick them up on performance until its to late. I could name 5 or 6 times this was the case but dont know if it was pay related to why they stopped on.
