I rung them the other day trying to get a wireless headset, answered the hard questions (damn they were hard to make up answers to on the spot) and he said I have to send it back to be repaired, but today I got this email again:

Just a word of advice, if your trying for a wireless adaptor, don't do what my friend did. He said he hasn't been able to get on Xbox live for weeks, when he gave them his serial number they could read him like a book. The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

EDIT: When they tell you to send them back for repair DONT, they just sent my controller without even e-mailing me to say that it was arriving

What do you say about the wireless headset?
Do you say that its just stopped working or something?

I just said that it wont sync and if it does I can't hear anyone and they can't hear me
