Thats not what gamesaving is, its basically like "xploder" but for the xbox and its called "xploder 360", thats called "buying gamerscore" and its not a program its just "loading a save" up on your account , basically like you do usually but resigned to your account

Well i can't exactly buy japanese gamerpics now can i
, and i also did a bit of halo 3 map modding which is a good reason to buy one

You can get Japanese gamerpics it'd be the same way you get American ones I'm sure they have some nice free gamer pics apart from it'll be hard to read, and I'm sure you modded some maps, where's the proof?
