Agree to 'tad boring' comments. Was a bit.

As for the boy, people who come on are asked to prepare 3 songs as the producers may not get clearance to show it with the music. Same on X Factor they always have other songs prepared.

@Next week. I think someone breaks their arm or neck or something. Not too sure.

lol I said that straight away to my dad!

quite average episode. no-one who makes me want to give a standing ovation (not that I do that in my living room :eusa_whis) although the lad came close.

as for the thing at the end, it looked like an act falling on a sword? they trying to make it look like some sort of freak accident but it's probably an illusion or something and typical TV trying to bring suspense for next week (lol so hope I'm not proved wrong because that would hurt).

One of those acts was bound to go wrong eventually.

Even so, the fact that he was a shy little boy who sang Valerie relatively poorly whilst obviously very nervous and shaking who then suddenly burst out in a new song, right on cue and was simply brilliant... Orchestrated. For sure.

Yeah but it probably wasn't as quick as they made it seem. There wouldn't been editing. And plus, like Simon said, some people are better at singing other songs depending on their pitch and tone.

I guess I just prefer to be naive when it comes to TV haha.

Oh no I think it probably did take longer but I find it funny that normally Simon would just be like, sorry you're not good enough. Yet he asked him to sing another song.

Yeah I thought that too if I am honest. The valerie song was bad.

Maybe Simon just saw something in him? It's been said on X Factor he can't stand 'Valerie' anyway

The whole show is orchestrated, its the same with all of the voting reality shows. Theres a book by Ben Elton about it which is amazing although the name escapes me.

I want to play a game...
